ABOUT
In 2015, I got my 200 YTT at YogaWorks in New York City. I moved to Austin shortly after completion and began exploring studio options. I took the leap with COREPOWER Yoga, and I teach two power yoga classes a week at the Monarch location downtown. Outside of the studio, I offer privates to clients, as well as, cater to bachelorette parties, small events, retreats, corporate offices, and apartment complexes. I teach because I see how yoga serves individuals and  community. I seek genuine connection with myself and with others.  It's all about being present, intentional, and human.  :)

$90 per hour and a half
$40 per 30 min.
